It’s always good to keep in mind that famous authors get rejected too. Things, like this list of much rejected authors, that fall into a writer’s lap on any random day can make the difference between frowns and smiles. Many of us deal with rejection as a way of life. We get used to it, but there are times when a reminder that even famous authors walked the same path is a reminder that we’re not alone in it. We’re a part of the bigger picture of literary history. That history of perseverance and hope and determination has been the backstory of some of our most beloved authors. Even if it doesn’t lead to wild success, the rejectioneering way of life still proves good things about personal character and growth. Being in the  company of people with the need to write…regardless…through the years is pretty cool in itself.
